The 2019 Canada Cup International Softball Championship kicks off today at Softball City in South Surrey!
From the Canada Cup website, the tournament is said to “promote the development of the sport of fastpitch by helping young female athletes reach for their personal best”.
The tournament will feature teams from all across the nation, and will show off players who are the best of the best in the world of softball. In addition, many of the players will be playing in hopes of being chosen for future sports scholarships.
