I can’t believe we have never been to the Cultus Lake Adventure Park. We always passed it with great interest on our way home from camping or a day at the lake, but had never taken the time to check out what it was all about.

We’re so glad we got to stop in this summer! This isn’t a little cutesy small-town amusement park! The park definitely exceeded our expectations. It has rides that are fun for all ages, and even the “little kid” rides are fun enough for my bigger kids – and mom and dad.

Here’s the thing… I still LIKE riding roller coasters and rides, but being – ahem – of a certain age, I have definitely come to regret riding certain rides afterwards (ow my neck). But at Cultus Lake Adventure Park, I found all the rides super smooth and easy to ride. (If you’re over 40, you know what I mean).

The park is manageable and easy to navigate, and it’s such a gorgeous setting. It is super clean and well-managed. Plus, once you buy your ride pass – ALL the rides are included as well as mini golf. Our favourite ride had to be the bumper boats, although I did get completely soaked and um a little bit stuck!  So fun though, and even the non-smiling “everything is lame” teenager laughed and enjoyed himself!

The park is open from noon to 10 PM. You can bring your own food and water in and you don’t have to pay to get in, just to ride/play – so you can decide if you’d like to use their token system or just go for it with an all-day ride pass.
