Many people may know him best as Jennifer Lopez’s ex-husband, but Marc Anthony has cranked out numerous hits throughout his career including the 1999 song ‘I Need to Know.’ In the music video the latino singer can be seen swinging his hips on stage with a bunch of scantily clad women dancing behind him all the while singing about a man’s longing to know how a woman feels about him.
In between dancing there’s plenty of dramatic flashbacks of Anthony and the assumed woman he’s singing about rolling around in the sheets mixed with shots of him gazing longingly out a window waiting for his love to come back to him. Gotta love the drama of the 90s!
The song was nominated for ‘Best Male Pop Vocal Performance’ at the 42nd Annual Grammy Awards but lost to Sting’s ‘Brand New Day.’
