The City of Surrey is launching a “Love Where You Live” initiative.
This annual beautification project will include events like Clean Up Challenges for Schools and Communities,
City Wide Clean up Blitzes, Pop-Up Junk Events, Re-use Swap Meets to encourage recycling,
and even a Repair Cafe.
Surrey Mayor Doug McCallum says that he wants everyone to be involved and thinks this is a tremendous program.
