On April 9th, just before midnight the Surrey RCMP received multiple 911 calls reporting shots heard in the area. Police attended the area of 13200 Block of 72nd Ave in Surrey. A lone male was located injured and died from his injuries at the scene. Officers of the Surrey Royal Canadian Mounted Police and the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team are presently on scene, and will be for some time.
