Just after 6:30 p.m. Thursday Abbotsford Police Department responded to reports of shots fired in front of a business in the 32000 block of South Fraser Way.
Upon arrival, officers found a man dead.
We are in the early stages of this investigation; however, the initial indications suggest this appears to be a targeted incident.
The Major Crime Unit of the Abbotsford Police Department will be transitioning this investigation over to the Integrated Homicide Investigation Team (IHIT).
