Increases your Metabolic Rate (even after you work out) for hours

4. Lift Heavy Things
Higher muscle content in your body = the higher your metabolism as
Muscle is more metabolically active than fat.

5. Stand More
These days, sitting is now called “the new smoking”.
It can simply burn an extra 178 calories in the afternoon.
