Y’know how `Inclusivity` is trending these days? (which is a good thing for 2019, of course)
Well, Air Canada is stepping up to the plate.
The next time you take a flight with them,
Airline staff will no longer refer to people on board the plane as : “Ladies and Gentlemen”…
But rather: as “Everybody”.
To be more inclusive, and not to single out anyone.
We recently asked PULSE FM listeners what they thought of this new public relations policy move.
One listener says:
“They are addressing everyone to not offend anybody.”
But another listener thinks:
“They’re overthinking things.”
