Surrey Fire Service will be hosting one-day workshops for women who are interested in exploring a career in firefighting. These one-day workshops will give you a taste of what it’s like to work for Surrey Fire Service and the skills needed to succeed as a firefighter.
- Saturday, July 14: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM
Participants will also discuss and get to test out the physical skills required to be a firefighter. Female fire service members will also be on site to answer any questions.
Workshop registration costs $30 and includes lunch. Participants must be 19 years or older and bring fitness apparel to the course. Register for a workshop
