The team over at 107.7 Pulse FM had the wonderful opportunity to attend Mary Brown’s Chicken and Tater’s soft opening yesterday evening, and needless to say… it was a delicious and fun event!
Upon walking in, the first think you notice is how packed the place was! The lineup was almost out the door – the anticipation to try the chicken was definitely palpable!
The next thing you really notice is the delicious smell in the air, as well as the bright, cheerful, and modern decor! The places was sparkling clean, organized, had tons of seating, and had modern light fixtures – really giving a modern, yet homey feel to the restaurant.
When all was said and done, it was a lively event with tons of people who had come to support the opening of Mary Brown’s Chicken. The chicken itself was juicy, delicious, meaty, and surprisingly non-greasy! This is because Mary Brown’s prides itself on pressure cooking their chicken – which results in a healthier, less oily – but still super crispy piece of chicken! Their taters, gravy, and coleslaw were also delicious, and it was very clear that they take freshness and quality very seriously there.
