Tom Petty was found unconscious in his Malibu home on Sunday night. He was rushed to Hospital in full cardiac arrest, EMTs were not able to get a pulse and he was put on life support.
Petty rose to fame in the 1970s with Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers.
He was also a successful solo artist with the song “Freefallin”.
