It’s unusual when someone you work with doesn’t complain about the temperature in the office. At least that’s what we find around here. With the warmer weather comes new times, and new attitudes, and dare I say, new beginnings. Leah from our mid-day program (10am-Noon) is usually freezing in her office which, at times, you’d swear backs onto Siberia or somewhere in northern Manitoba. Today, due to the warmer temperatures when asked if Leah was cold, she replied to Ian Power and myself with, ‘ I’m fine. It’s actually quite pleasant.’ Ian and I, clearly both in shock, celebrated springs true arrival by having a 5 minute nap at our desks, and someone may or may have not pee’d on the bathroom floor.
