A Prayer Vigil is taking place locally tonight (Monday April 22) in Surrey to honour the victims of the Easter Sunday bombings in Sri Lanka.

290 people died in church & hotel bombings in the cities of Colombo, Negombo and Batticaloa,

which are being blamed on a local radical terrorist group.

The vigil is being held at Holland Park at 6:30 in the evening.

Organizers says this event is to remember the lives of those lost and affected.
