According to Buzzfeed, here are 5 bad habits you should get rid of ASAP in the Kitchen. 

1. You don’t add enough salt. You can never have enough salt. Right doctor?

2. You don’t add enough (or any) acid to your dish. And in 2018 that means something completely different that it did when I was in High School. 

3. You don’t give your pans enough time to heat up. 30 mins minimum if your cooking something like a steak at home. And don’t forget what day it is today. (March 14th) 

4. You constantly move your food around instead of letting it brown…Ask my boss, the browner the better 

5. And you overcrowd the pan. What is this Mirage night-club in the 90’s?
