I think there can be an argument for both yes and no to this question. I know there will be people who will think teaching kids how to access social media will then make them want to use it even if they didn’t want to before. However I don’t know any kids that aren’t on some form of social media even at the age of 5. It’s just the way the world is now.

The more knowledge the better in any situation that’s the way I look at things. It is always good to be informed about everything and teaching kids would at least arm them with the best knowledge on how to utilize and use social media properly.

I think alot of kids that grew up with social media while in school could have used a class on it and I’m sure they would say the same. So what do you think? Do you think it should be taught in school? If so at what age do you start teaching it? Let me know your thoughts here.
