Since New Brunswick is trying to do just that, do you think we should impose that here in Metro Vancouver? Kim Chamberlain the deputy mayor of northern New Brunswick actually wanted to get rid of it completely but she was outvoted. Those caught with any kind of mask or witch’s veil or anyone over 16 year old walking the streets for treats can be fined up to $200.
