Zastowny is described as a 47 year old Caucasian male, 6’1″ tall 215 lbs., blue eyes, brown hair, and has a fair complexion. He has a number of tattoos including a full sleeve on his right forearm with a skull, snake and flames, skulls on his right upper arm, a skull and faces on his left forearm, and tattoos on his upper back and torso.
Members of the public are asked not to approach Zastowny and to call 911 if they see him as he may be in possession of a weapon.
