A new report by marketing research company, ‘Insights West’ is suggesting people in this province are making changes to their personal lifestyles now that the price of gas has soared to record breaking levels. An online study taken two weeks ago and over the period of one week by 810 British Columbians showed about a third have taken money used for food and entertainment and now have put it into their gas tank. 18% of those polled said they were seriously considering going to a smaller vehicle and hybrid and electric models are now being considered.
