A non-profit group in Surrey North Delta which provides hot nutritious meals and bagged lunches to those in need (including to residents with mobility issues, low income seniors, and those with mental illness) is looking for a new organization to partner with them to help supply about 100 hot meals each weekday at a reasonable cost.
The contract expiry date for Surrey North Delta Meals on Wheels current food provider is fast approaching on September 1st 2019, and the group is now taking applications for a new food provider here in Surrey or North Delta.
The charity delivers over 18 thousand hot meals in one year with the help of volunteer drivers. Meals are approved by a registered dietician.
