Last week a Vancouver based Research Company released a survey regarding, the ‘Biggest Etiquette Faux-Pas’. They asked people across the country what Canadians what they feel we’re guilty of doing in a no-no kinda way. Some the biggest faux-pas according to Canadians:

(Top 5)

Being Cut-Off While Driving (Can 47% BC: 44%)

Being Interrupted (Can:48% BC: 39%)

Littering/Leaving Garbage Behind (Can: 49% BC: 54%)

Children Behaving Badly in Public (Can: 56% BC: 54%)

Number 1 Fax-Pas according to the study by the research company Research Co. on manners in Canada…

Swearing In Public (Can:64% BC: 63%)

Some of the other faux pas included:

Rude Customer Service

Chewing With Mouth Open

Texting or Checking Phone at the Movies

Line Cutters

Making Obscene Gestures

Emailing Rather Than Speaking in Person

Someone Ignoring or Not Responding to an Invitation

Not going to lie, I am guilty of making some of the above faux-pas, and we’re all not perfect. But chances are if something’s or someone is bothering you, perhaps one or more of the above could be something of a ‘no-no’ in your opinion.
