Did you that realize its “Restoration Saturday” this weekend in Surrey?
The Brooksdale Ebnvieonmental Center off 192nd Street and 16th Avenue in South Surrey is looking for volunteers to help them restore the wildlife habitat
in the Little Campbell River watershed.
This means… Replating different native species of plants, removing thee invasive ones.
It happens rain or shine.
Anyone can come out.
So dress for it- whether that be the rainboots, or your ballcap n&sunglasses.
They’ll provide everything u need from gloves, shovels, to clippers, and other equipment stuff.
Its a lot of fun & a great way to meet new people and help the environment.
Volunteers are meeting at 930 on Saturday morning March 7 at the front kiosk of thee
Brooksdale Envioronmental Centre in South Surrey.
