My Flashback song today came out in 1991 by Mariah Carey for her second studio album. When “Emotions” hit the top of the Hot 100, it meant that her first five singles had reached #1. This was a record, overtaking The Jackson Five.
It also made it to #1 here in Canada on the Top Singles Chart.
