Rasul ALNABHAN was last seen at 7:45 am on February 28th, 2019 in the 10400 block of 132 Street in Surrey. She called home and told her father at 15:30 hours that she would be taking bus # 371 to home. She has not been seen or heard from since.
Rasul ALNABHAN is described as a 14 year old Middle eastern female, 145 Cm tall, heavy build, with dark hair .(Please see attached photo). She was last seen wearing unknown clothing with Hejab over her head. Police and family are concerned for her health and well-being.
